Route – approx 50km
Limerick (Kinsella’s Bar Thomondgate) – Dublin Road – Birdhill – Ballina – Killaloe – (stop for refreshments O’Donovans Bar)
Return via Birdhill – O’Brien Bridge – Clonlara – Parteen – Kinsella Bar Thomondgate

Caution at the level crossing at Lisnagry (as some people insisted on throwing themselves off their bikes last year at this spot)

Pump
Water Bottle (with Water)
Cycling Helmet
Rain Jacket
6 seater support vehicle will be provided for those who run out of steam….or just need a rest
Support Car also in operation on the day
Please confirm your involvement in the cycle as we need to confirm numbers for refreshments and cycling memento as these need to be ordered in advance of cycle.
